	Every day our kitchen team entices you with harmonically composed menus that combine the South Tyrolian cuisine with international influences. Our menus will be served at beautifully set tables in our comfortable "Stuben" rooms. Complete the culinary magic with an exquisite choice from our wine cellar which offers a selection of more than 120 wines.

	In the morning enjoy a breakfast buffet that fulfils all your dreams: fresh fruits, finest Italian ham, eggs from our own farm, and small platters from the show kitchen or even a glass of champagne. Warm brioches and delicious cakes and pastries created in our patisserie, home-made jams, local honey, finest selection of Pustertal bread, alpine dairy farm cheese, muesli corner and lots more... Our breakfast chefs Christl and Petra will always have a smile for you in the morning.





	Afternoon - all inclusive: Fresh salads, fruit basket, home-made soup, apple strudel and delicious pastries created in our patisserie. Also enjoy our inclusive program at the vitamin bar in the wellness centre where you will find fresh surprises, spring water, fruit juices and delicious teas. In the evening our kitchen team prepares meals especially for you: 5-7 course gourmet menu, culinary menus for vegetarians or special diets and choices from the beautiful a-la-carte menu. Aperitifs, gala dinner, Tyrolean buffets, Mediterranean Alpine-Adriatic buffets and highlights from the show kitchen compliment our usual offerings. Daily: variety of different cheeses, fresh fruit and pastry selection.
