Children's discount in parents room

0 - 2 years Euro 18,00 per day, including children's bed, food and beverages
3 - 5 years 50 % discount
6 - 11 years30 % discount
12+ years 10 % discount in 3 bed room
12+ years 20 % discount in 4 bed room

Information - terms & conditions

Check-in time is 2 pm on your arrival day. If you anticipate arriving after 7 pm please let us know.

We ask you kindly to vacate your room before 11 am on your day of departure.

Single occupancy surcharge for the double room "Saam" the is € 20 per day.

Small dogs are allowed but please advise us when booking! Dogs are not permitted in the swimming pool area, the sauna oasis, the beauty centre or the dining rooms. We ask you kindly to bring a dog bed for your pet.

For cancellations we ask you to advise us in writing as early as possible. If you cancel more than 4 weeks before your arrival date we will not charge. If you cancel with 4 weeks to 7 days notice we will charge 3 days of your booked holiday. If you cancel within 7 days we will charge 80% of your booking if we cannot re-sell your room.
If you arrive late or leave early we will charge for the full booking.

The Hotel Alpenhof offers you its cancellation insurance if you cannot travel for € 3 per person per day. If you wish to include insurance please make a request when booking. Should you wish to make a claim on this insurance, please note you will be required to offer a Doctor’s certificate or written proof to our insurance company.

We prefer that you settle your hotel bill using cash or cheque. However, if you wish to use credit cards this service is available at reception.
